Nationwide motorcycle shipping has never been easier with Carry Wheels Auto Transport. We offer two types of motorcycle transport services to our customers: Door-to-Door (home delivery) and shipping between distribution centers. Home delivery (Door-to-Door) transport is the most common and preferred customer solution.
When shipping a motorcycle door-to-door, our assigned carrier will arrive at your location and load your motorcycle onto patented metal skids and specialized platforms made specifically for transporting motorcycles, scooters and ATV’s.
You will not need to drain any fluids or disconnect your battery. Our motorcycle shipping process allows your motorcycle to be transported with little to no prior maintenance required.

How Does Shipping a
Motorcycle Work?

Step 1

Get a quote and book your order

Due to the many different types of motorcycles, we recommend speaking with our team to make sure we have all the details for your move. Give us a call at 888-***-**** or chat with a Carry Wheels representative online. Our motorcycle transport specialists will go over the shipping process and provide you with a customized shipping quote.

Step 2

Prepare your motorcycle for transport

  • 3/4 Tank of gas or less
  • Charge the battery (not required, but recommended)
  • Thoroughly clean your motorcycle (not required, but recommended)
  • Tires properly Inflated
  • Check and repair fluid leaks
  • Make sure the motorcycle is capable of rolling
  • Steering column is unlocked
  • Fold all mirrors (if applicable)
  • Keys and paperwork (i.e. bill of sale and title) cannot be shipped with the motorcycle
  • No personal items can be shipped (helmets, GPS units, video cameras, etc.) and should be removed prior to shipping

Step 3

Motorcycle pick up and delivery

If you’re looking for a more cost-effective way to ship your motorcycle, we recommend using one of many nationwide distribution centers. Customers can save on their shipping costs when taking advantage of these locations. It also provides added convenience when planning your move.
